Night Receptionist

A boutique hotel in the heart of Kraków (42 rooms) is looking for a receptionist for night shifts. We can hire right away.

Responsibilities: - check guests in and out and handle reservations - payments, the till and the night report - help guests with information, taxis and tickets - keep the building safe overnight

Requirements: - conversational English, a second foreign language is a plus - hotel or customer service experience - knowledge of a reservation system is a plus - comfortable working nights

We offer: - PLN 32–38 gross per hour plus a night allowance - employment contract - accommodation for people from outside Kraków by arrangement - training on the booking system
