Regional Cook with accommodation

Traditional highlander restaurant in the centre of Zakopane is looking for a cook for the winter season and beyond. Staff accommodation is available on request.

Responsibilities: - prepare regional dishes (oscypek, kwaśnica, pierogi) to our recipes - work the hot and cold stations during service - keep the kitchen clean and follow HACCP - help plan the seasonal menu

Requirements: - at least one year in a restaurant kitchen - valid sanitary book or willingness to obtain it - availability through the winter season - Polish or English at a working level

We offer: - PLN 35–42 gross per hour - employment contract or civil-law contract - free staff accommodation near Krupówki - two meals a day while working
